An ordinance of the City of Pretty Prairie, Kansas, providing for exemption from K.S.A. 150106, pursuant to Article 12, Section 5 of the constitution of the State of Kansas, under the city’s home rule power.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRETTY PRAIRIE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That all meetings of the City Council, 4/5ths of the members of said council shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

Section 2. This ordinance shall exempt the city from K.S.A. 15-106, states “a majority of the members of said board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business…”
