A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 5.

Be it ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Pretty Prairie, Kansas:

Section 1. The City of Pretty Prairie, by the power vested in by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, passed by a 2/3rds majority Charter Ordinance No. 5 on August 3, 1998. The Ordinance was published for two consecutive weeks on August 7 and August 14, 1998. A petition calling for an election was signed by the requisite number of electors and filed with the City Clerk on October 9, 1998.

Section 2: Charter Ordinance No. 5 shall be and is hereby repealed.
